Data file specification

In order to get into production, we will need the following info:

• Billing information (in case of an individual customer: a name and an address)
• Delivery address (if different from the billing address)
• A contact person including a telephone number and an e-mail address for the courier company.

• Screen printing or embroidery data files in vectors (in one of the following formats: *.ai, *.eps, *.pdf), 1:1 or bitmap files with resolution of at least 300dpi, 1:1.
• Digital printing bitmap data files in .bmp, .dib, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pcx, .png, .psd, .psb, .tif, .fiff or .tga format with resolution of at least 300dpi, 1:1.
• Hybrid printing data files in .png, .psd, .tiff, .ai, or .pdf format. Data files should not contain any flare/glow or fades to transparency and should be placed on a transparent background.
• Sublimation printing data files in one of the following formats: .ps, .prn, .pdf, .eps, .tif, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .psd, .bmp, .pcx, .tga, .ppm or .sid, bitmap files with resolution of at least 300dpi, 1:1.
• Photoshop files with layers, 1:1.
• The maximum print or embroidery size depends on your chosen textile. Please consult the size with us before submitting your order.
• If there is text in your design, it's also necessary to "break" its font into vectors. If you are not sure what we mean, watch a short video where we show how to do it. 
• Individual Pantone shades specification (we work with the Pantone Matching System, Coated Plus Series). If you do not specify the Pantone shade, we will prepare the shade based on the print data file. In the case of embroidery, we will select the thread colour closest to the colour shade from the embroidery data file or to the Pantone shade if provided.
• Description of the placement of the design on the textile, ideally a preview PDF or JPG (the background colour must be identical to the textile colour).
